To book McKail for your venue or event, please call (661) 444-7144 or message us through our contact page.

McKail Seely is an LA-based singer-songwriter born in Salt Lake City, Utah. Her soulful sound settles between folk, rock, pop, and soul. She's gained resignation for her emotional and storytelling performances.

McKail began performing at the tender age of 7.  She joined a dancing/singing group called Clayton Productions, which led her to perform across Utah and tour throughout Southern California and Colorado. At age 12, she joined another singing/dancing group called Onstage Productions.  At this time, McKail found her new love of songwriting.

At age 14, she picked up the guitar and just after four months of guitar lessons, she began to play at a local pizza joint called Gepetto's. This was McKail's first paid gig and the start of her career as a professional singer-songwriter. Shortly after, McKail found herself performing on a weekly basis at local venues, restaurants, coffee shops, festivals, fairs, and weddings. She also teamed up with a variety of musicians for performances and recorded her first EP of five original songs.

After she graduated Brighton High School in 2012, she made the big move to Hollywood, CA where she studied at Musician's Institute and graduated from the Independent Artist Program. Since then, McKail has played at countless venues in Los Angeles and has teamed up with many talented musicians from all walks of life; including the legendary Leon Russell who she opened up for at the Saban Theatre in Beverly Hills in August of 2015. She also joined a female trio called Luci, which began with a spontaneous co-writing session with Ashley Maietta and Ariana Tibi.

On September 29th, McKail released a four song EP called 'Ride of Life', which she recorded in Chicago with producer, Zak fox Jablow.  Click HERE  To buy her new EP.
